Verification problem

Everythign works well apart from image verification.

However, when I turn it on for my form in the admin, and go to the form page, there are 2 problems:
1) The image verification doesn't show on the form submit page 9it shows fine in the sample image on the admin side.)
2) When I submit the form I get the following error:
Fatal error: session_start(): Failed to initialize storage module: user (path: ) in /usr/home/.../components/com_chronocontact/chronocontact.php on line 199

Please see this FAQ for the image problem. It's probably going to be a server security setting.

The second one looks like a problem setting up the User session. Which version of ChronoForms is this?
