i have in my form more radio box and text area, my event is on sumbit send email for reporting of my forms.
But in the email i have only 13 radio bos the first 13.
i saw also if i modify the label's name in front-end the modifiy is visualized but in the report email there are always the same question the same answer...
why?
what can i do?
