Restore form fails: Failed to move file!

Hi,

I'm trying to restore some backed up forms, but it fails with the following error message:

Warning: Failed to move file!
UPLAOD FAILED: 0


I have checked the directories, they're all writable. The chmod of cache and tmp are set to 777. FTP is turned off.

Chronoforms Version: 4.0 RC3.5.2
Joomla version: 2.5.9

What else can I try?

Hi Nathalie,

It looks like a permissions problem to me. Please check that the Joomla! User on the server has the correct permissions (you may see something different if you check using FTP). Your web host should be able to tell you the correct settings.

checked with the hosting provider, user rights for the Joomla user are correct.
Anything else I might check?

For now, I'll restore the forms manually, but in the future, I would like to have this (oh so welcome) feature working ;-)

Sorry, but it's still going to be a permissions problem as far as I know. Do you have FTP enabled in the site Global Configuration?

Then the next step is the server logs to find out exactly what is failing.

it appears nothing is left behind in the server logs / error logs.
