Customized Joomla registration form giving server error

Hi,

I have built a customized Joomla registration form using the Form Wizard and added the additional fields to the user table in the Joomla database. On submitting the form, the data is stored correctly in the database however I get a SERVER ERROR(see attached file). The OnSubmit actions that I am using are Joomla User Registration and Unique ID [GH]...both seem to be working fine. Am I missing something?

I'm using:
Joomla! Version Joomla! 3.0.2 Stable
ChronoForms Version 4.0 RC3.5.2.4

I have also tried a simple registration form following the tutorial...I still get the same error:(

Please temporarily set Error Reporting to Maximum in the site Global Configurations and hopefully you will see a more helpful error message.

PS It might help to upgrade CF to the latest release as there have been some bug-fixes.

Problem seems to be solved by upgrade CF to the latest release.
