no plugin

I have installed Chronoforms 4 for J2.5 and can access it through Joomla and create forms, which are viable through frontend view, but do not appear live, it just shows the code {chronofrms}filename{/chronoforms}

I have read through the forum, and it mentions ensuring the plugin is enabled. I have check and the plugin is not even there to enable.

Can any one suggest what I need to do?
