Hello,

I'm having trouble formatting this form I have: http://www.teamcartcaddy.com/en/contactus

I'd like to adjust the CheckBoxes Group heading to be on a single line, and adjust the check boxes so they line up.

I'm using Joomla 2.5 and CF 4.0.

The site is in maintenance mode so I can't see anything. usually this requires checking the CSS to look for conflicts with the template.

Are you using the Vertical option for the Check Box groups? Please see this post for the main options.

I tried the Checkbozes Vertical option, but the form gets too long.

I looked for that file. I have one that is called html_helper.php. I can't find any code around line 260 that looks like the example.

Yes, that was written a while ago the code has probably shifted in later releases.
