form submit button

hello i am completly new on this forum

i have maked an form for the website of scouting

now i want to click on the submit button but it does nothing and where can i fill in the emailadres so that the form goes to the email account

i have the form upload as image

can anyone help me

Do you have something in the On Submit event?
You need to put in this event some actions depending what you want your form to do :
[list]email action : to send email[/list]
[list]database save action : to save some informations in a database...[/list]
