I just noticed that chronoforms does not validate the input data on server side with php?
If I disable javascript I can send empty forms or anything in them disregarding the field requirements..

You can, and probably should, add Serverside validation, there are a couple of ways built-in. Please go to the FAQS and select 'CFv4 Validation' in the Category drop down.
