How to create a form that stores registrations to a database

Hi guys, completely new to chronoforms and in deep water. 😀 I am trying to help my church with a project and it's super urgent. It's a simple page that will allow youth to register for an event by sending their name, email, phone, etc... All they want is to be able to export all registration records to a csv. Could someone point me to an older post or give me some help on how to do this? I have MySQL on my hosting engine. I just don't know enough. I'm fumbling around and wasting time. Sorry if this has been answered. I did a super quick look and didn't find anything.

Hi christianmolnar,

There's a CSV Export action that will let you export records from a database. There's also an 'all or nothing' CSV Export icon on the View Data toolbar in the Forms Manager if someone has admin access.

Thanks Bob. I was looking and it seems that getting exports should not be too hard. What I'm looking for is a tutorial or some pointers for a newbie on how to create a form and hook it up to a database in order to get records in it.
