Where do I define the email address for the form submission

I know, I'm a complete noob - I admit it....
I've created a couple of forms with the form wizard and am really happy with how they've turned out. But then it dawned on me - I haven't defined the email address where I want the form submissions delivered. Can someone help me out here? Where do I do this in ChronoForms? I'm using v4 with Joomla 2.5
