errors in the installation in Chronoforms_V4_RC3.5.1_J1.6

After I made format to my pc I install joomla 2.5.7 and I tried to install Chronoforms_V4_RC3.5.1_J1.6 but after installation it appears some errors. Before the format I haven't any problem with the installation in Chronoforms_V4_RC3.5.1_J1.6.

I suggest that you don't run XAMPP with strict standard error reporting on.
