Hi!
Firstly I'd thank you for your component. It's awesome!
Now I'd like to ask a question.
At this moment I need to make a dynamic form, for example: I have some goods and I want that user could choose them from list. After first choice two fields should appear - the chosen goods title and additional field which should be filled with some text. At the end all information should be sent by email to user.
How can I make it? Where I can find some information about this with examples?
Or maybe there is a special plugin ?

I'd like to know how to do this too.

I have a yes/no question. If the answer is "no" I'd like another question to appear and then if a "no" response is given they are prevented from submitting the form.
