Chronoforms: No Valid DB Connection Problem

rejam 15 Sep, 2012
I am a newbie to building working forms in Chronoforms, so please excuse my rookie inquiry.

I have had a custom Form created for a donation process using chronoforms. I want to be able to store the submission details in the db connection. When I enable this feature, upon submission I receive a

You can see the form here: http://childrenofvietnam.org/en/donate2.html

You may not be able to visit this page because of:

an out-of-date bookmark/favourite
a search engine that has an out-of-date listing for this site
a mistyped address
you have no access to this page

An error has occurred while processing your request.

It does store the information, but the donation never goes through, and seeing that error, a potential donor could be frightened by that.

I feel like I am missing something very simple, and would appreciate any guidance that you may be able to provide. Thanks in advance.

Hi rejam,

I found a few other reports of this error message in the forum. Unfortunately none of them have a fix. Please try turning on Site Debug temporarily to see if you can get the debug report which lists all of the database queries.

It's not clear to me at all why this would happen 'after' ChronoForms has saved the data.
