Using custom form code just like in Chronoform v3

Can someone assist with how to use custom form code just like in Chronoform v3.
When I cut and past the v3 form code into v4 the form does not display.

Hi,

You should either assign the easy wizard to your form OR drag a "show html" action into the "on load" event.
