Blank Page after Submit and No Email Being Sent

I am trying to determine what would cause our chronoforms to stop working properly. As of 07/17/12, the forms no longer submit. The form can be completed, and submit clicked. All that happens is a blank page and no email comes through.

There is nothing in the error or web logs. I have turned debugging on and find nothing showing on the blank page at all. No forms have been touched in weeks. I did reinstall chronoforms this afternoon after trying some basic troubleshooting.

Nothing changed in ChronoForms so this is almost certainly a change in your site server settings. Possibly your web host has added some extra security or upgraded PHP???

A blank page is usually a sign of a PHP error. Please try temporarily changing Error Reporting to Maximum in the Site Global Configuration and see if you get a meaningful error message.

After turning on debugging and trying to submit a form, it gave me a blank page. No debugging information. Checking the source shows that there was nothing.

I'll re-verify the server information. Thank you.
