file upload field - non mandatory field

hi
im adding file upload as your guide shows.
the file is sent when choosing file.
but when the user choose not to attach file it gives error when trying to send the form
how can i use file upload field as a non mandatory field ?

Is this the latest ChronoForms version 3.2?

If so there's a bug in the File upload code. Please see this post.
