Below is the info. for the validation button. The information is sent ok in the email, however, it is not prompting the user to make a selection?

Field Name: Self_Managed

Options:
No=No
Yes=Yes

Field ID: Self_Managed

Validation > Required = Check

ChronoForms: 4.0 RC3.4.1

Any idea what I may be missing? Thanks!!
