Under "Toolbar Settings" I have both Show Selectors and Show Toolbar set to yes. The tool bar shows up but not the selector check boxes. I am using the Custom Listing to display the data so I don't know if that is affecting this or not. Also, my custom display of data takes up the entire page horizontally so I don't know if space is an issue either.

You will have to add {checkbox} where you want the checkboxes to appear!
