more than one line per form

Hello,
I looked in the forum and google in general for how to have
more than one line per form.
I have 5 field side by side (using the start/add to multi filed row),
and that's good for me,
but i need the user to be able to insert more than one record , meaning
i need more " empty text boxes" under the ones currently in the form....
is there a way to do that?
