content after wrong image validation code

Dear all

I'm useing the ChronoEngine Component and also the ChronoEngine Plugin to display the form in a Joomla article. All ok - sending mails and all the other functions are working corretly!
Have the newest versions. I purchased today - so I got the newest versions by mail. Joomla 1.5.2.

If someone is typeing a wrong validation code - popup message appears (code wrong) and now new page is loades and then only the form is displayed - the text of the article above the form isn't there. And as I can see - breadcrumbs module is displaying that I'm on the frontpage and not under company - contact as useual.

How can I prevent that?! Any possibilities? Hope so;)

I now have modified my form code to keep form data if a incorrect validation code is entered. No changes.

Hi, I have the same problem. After wrong code the content page does not redirect the page back into the content, only showing the form without any other content...

Thanks for your posting! But It's not the solution we're looking for... sorry. I already implementet the code to keep form data stored after wrong verification code. So the data into the fields, radiobuttion, selections, and so one is still there after tipeing a wrong code.

Other explanation.

My content site with the mambot looks like this:

Bla bla bla please contact us.
Tel. 123 456 789
Mail: [email]email@mail.com[/email]
Fax 987 654 321

or use the form:
{chronocontact}testform{/chronocontact}

After typeing a wrong verification code into the field, form data keeps stored as already mentioned but text above the form wont be displayed!

Hey all - I'm new to Chrono and have really enjoyed the flexibility of this program thus far. I too am having issues with being redirected to a "form-only" page after incorrect validation code entry. I can hit the back arrow on my browser and get back the page with all my content (menu items, text, etc.), but it would be nice to be automatically redirected there upon incorrect code entry.:S

I don't want my visitors leaving the site accidentally!

Ok, one user more who is figthing with the same "problem".

I don't want to become impatient - but hope that you guys from chronoengine can provide a solution in the next few days.

I purchased for this product on the 23th of April (this year B) ) So would be glad to have a product who's working perfect. It's no a critical bug - but anyhow it has to be fixed.

Have also noticed that the link to chronoengine apears on the redirect page, after an incorrect validation code entry!!! But I removed the link in the files...

I promise to have a solution for this issue by the next release or ASAP, but fixing this may need more than 1 hack to more than 1 file and it will need some testing too, so lets just keep the issue alive and I will give regular updates about the status!

Ok, have now installed the new beta version in my test environment - looks good 😀

Will this "bug" with the content who is missing after entering a wrong image validation code be fixed in the component or in the mambot?
Tested it with the new component - still the same behavior. Means the content before {chronocontact}Form{/chronocontact} is missing after entering the wrong code.

Exactly Fellyboy, this is something to fix with the mambot although I still have no idea how to fix it, please keep checking and I will try to find some solution for it!
