I have two sites.
I am looking to integrate them:
http://www.2sfn.org (Joomla)
http://www.hisvision.tv (video host site, PHP Symphony framework)

I want to create a Joomla form that....

has 4 subscription buttons:
each, when clicked, "signup"
they take the visitor to
Form page 1. (Joomla site)
This page gathers, general contact information, name, email, phone number, etc.
Upon submission it submits the information to an email, and then continues to PayPal, for payment. It will need to carry a url return link with the PayPal button so as to return to
Form Page 2. (on the same Joomla site, after payment is made)
This form gathers, name, email, username, pass, (the same as http://www.hisvision.tv/signup),
upon submission, it then writes to the http://www.hisvision.tv database and then goes to
Form Page 3. (still on the Joomla site)
This form gathers 5 referrals (name, email, phone number), and is optional. (has a skip button) But either the submit, or the skip button, then goes to
Signup Success Page 4

I am taking quotes. Very serious.
Please have referrals and sample work from other websites.

To sum it up.
We want to.
1.Gather general information (post to email)
2.Link to payment page, with post payment url return
3.Signup with remote database submission
4.Finally gather referral information
5.Create a final success payment page for affiliate tracking.
