Hi,
At first I'm using the newest version of Chronoform.
The problem is that when I want to back up the table to Excel (2003) I get this warning.
Uhmmm, what could be the problem?

Hi Stephanie,
Where do you get this warning ? where does it appear ? and do you get prompted to download the excel file as this is what should happen ? also, please try to go to your joomla global config and set the "Error reporting" to none and see if this helps!
Let me know!

Hi Stephanie,
The open_basedir config that your ISP has set up is preventing php from creating a temporary file. They should be able to tell you the correct php settings to have this work OK.
