Emails not receiving form input

Hello

There are some email address that are not receiving emails.
I have a form that once submitted is sent to three people with the same company email address. Beside that it sends to a gmail and a yahoo mail. The last two recieve a mail, but not the others. I did debug the form and no issues there. I did upgrade chronoforms to the latest version and created a new form, but that did not work.
The mail host and web host are 2 different companies. I did contact the mail host, but they said that no mails were blocked.

What should I look for in order to resolve my issue?

Hi marcielo,

Check that the email addresses are correct (they probably are). Then check the users spam folders and that the company isn't using any spam filters. If the Gmail email arrives then all of them were sent but some have been stopped en route.

It took a long time to convince people that it was the mail host blocking the mails, and so it was. I did a test where I created a user account in joomla with one of the addresses that didn't receive mails, and as expected (or so I hoped) they didn't receive any mail. Thank you for helping out.
