Email not sent

Hi,

I created a new form on new site. Fill all nessesary fields (i have working chronoform in other site). Everything looks fine, file upload works, but I dont get any e-mail. Switshing debug mode on says "Email not sent" and thats all.

I attach my form backup with this post.
