I'm really having a hard time and not sure where the problem is coming from. I can't get the changes to save and I can get the wizard to work.
Not sure if this is a server problem or Chronoforms problem. I'm using version 3.0 with 1.5.2, validated copy. If I update, I should just use the ChronoForms_V3.2.0.zip? I've used this now for a couple of years with few problems and now suddenly.
Thank you greatly. Carolyn
No, Mootools upgrade is not enabled. I did upgrade to V3.2.0 just now, with no change, except my install in now not validated.
I can't get the email holder to insert. I did manage to get my code into the form html portion and that looks good, if I could just add some emails and get an email template, both of those are not there with my form.
So, I still need help. What ever is wrong and what ever it is, it just happened.
Hi Carolyn,
By all means email or PM me the site URL and a SuperAdmin login and I'll take a quick look.

Bob, many thanks for the offer. I did find that it was IE. My machine is a 64 bit so I have two copies of IE and I had tried the 64 bit copy as well as the 32 bit of IE, but I downloaded Foxfire and all is working, except, I can't edit the 2nd copy of the Email template which is going to a dynamic email (it's a copy of the submission to the submitter). The email template appears blank when I look at it and I can't click into it.
I did check this morning to see if IE was working with Chronoforms and it is not. I got my form done in Foxfire. They waited to the last minute to ask for the form, so I got a little panicky in not being able to complete the task.
So, unless you particularly want to, it is not necessary for you to take a look. This does give you some awareness that IE can be the problem. Oh, and I had just installed some windows updates (automatic install). I could hardly believe that it was the browser and got the tip from reading an answer to someone on your site. Thank you and God bless.
Hi Carolyn,
No problem. I have IE 9 64 bit installed but never use it because I read that it was still pretty unreliable. The 32 bit version seems OK but I mostly use FireFox or Chrome.
