I noticed the option to load recaptcha on the 'events' tab. I got a captcha on the form, but it does not display the recaptcha.

(I'm sorry to have to ask so many questions here on this forum. feel like such a nob)

There are a series of videos here that will help you get started with CFv4. Please check the ReCaptcha one - you need to put a {ReCaptcha} placeholder in your Form HTML.
