strange problem

Hi,
this morning I had the problem that you can see in the image.
After submit on this form:

do you have any idea?

Maybe It's the time to upgrade chronoform? :-)

Is this the latest ChronoForms version 3.2?

If so there's a bug in the File upload code. Please see this post.

I think yes.. can you see on the image?

There is a way to upgrade without lost the form that is on-line?

Or I have to uninstall and install the last version?
