I am looking to create a forms with various fields that users can fill out. I would then like these submitted forms to be able to be shown and viewed by other users on their profiles. Also with the option for the user to edit or delete their submission.

Is something like this possible with chronoforms?

As far as showing the forms in the users profile, that would be a Jomsocial issue, or you might be able to assign a form (s) to a module position in the profile area.
I just saw that there's a new chronoconnectivity, so you could probably use that for form edits?
