[RESOLVED] Help: Submit don't work

I have create form + table unchecked field submit.
On event, I have inserted only Message Welcome but the button "Submit" don't work.
Help !!!!
I have Joomla 1.5.25 and Chronoform V4 3.11

thanks but I have created the form again and now the messagge welcome work.

Now I create table and I see if the record is saved.
