V4 RC3.11 File Upload

Hello,

Please advise, after recovering on from a validation problem in a different post. now I have a file upload problem.

In Wizard mode:
If I have the file upload event the form does not save the record to the DB with no error messages
If I remove the file upload event the from works and saves as expected

In easy wizard mode:
I retryed this form in easy wizard mode, now even with file upload set up - it saves the record without the uploading the file


I need to upload files with each form

It's impossible to say from the information here. Please take a Form Backup using the icon in the Forms Manager and post it here (as a zipped file) or PM or email it to me and I'll take a closer look.
