I need a form that has a subject field, a text field and a submit button.
But, on submit I need the user to be able to add name, adress, etc and choose 3 (configurable to more) different payment levels. On this second page, there need to be a "Go to payment window" button.
The payment window is epay.dk. Either by using their relay script http://tech.epay.dk/Secure-your-own-payment-form-using-ePay-relay-script_5.html or their payment window.
On successful payment, I need the customer to get and e-mail receipt proof of payment w. order number, plus the ability for me to resend it to him if his email fails/is mistyped. He returns to a "thank you for your payment" page where we can setup some text.
Then of course I need to get the subject and text content, and proof of payment/order number.
Setting up the form and going to the payment window is simple. Getting that second layer, that includes and transfers the price to epay... and emails customer and me...I need help!
