Form doesn't work ... sometimes !

Hi all,

Up to now, I was happy with all the forms I use on my site and Chronoforms 3.2.

I recently faced a bad behaviour of a form: sometimes (not all the times), when you send the form with all the fields correctly filled, it doesn't show the "After form submission" page but comes back to the form with all the fields blank, and no error message. In fact, no email is sent.

I created a new form with the same fields to check if it would be caused by something wrong within the first form, but that didn't change anything.

Can someone please help me with this failure ? I can give an admin account if needed (Greyhead, ...).

I was thinking of installing Chronoforms 3.2 again over the existing installation. Is it a good idea ? Will my existing forms be lost if I try that ?

Coincidence or not, but after having cleaned the cache, my following attempt worked correctly ...
I use a "Auto purge cache cleaning" plugin, I will set the cleaning frequency to "hourly" instead of "daily" and see if that improves the situation.

Please tell me if I'm on the right way or if something else needs to be done.

Hi fredfitaire,

If at all possible don't cache form pages. The URL may be the same but the content will usually be different each time the page loads.

Sorry I don't know how to remove caching of a specific page (form page).
Is it possible ? If yes, how ?
