Hi Doug,

Does this happen when you view the form from the Frontend View link in the Forms Manager?

Hi Doug,

The link on that menu item seems to change from page to page so hard to know what is happening. It looks like there is some odd interaction with the menu and the SEF URLs. Using menu item of type URL may solve it.

I removed the component Acy SEF and the problem went away. Thanks.

Hi aki76,

The Action URL on your form is a bit odd
http://www.xmotogenova.it/n3w2013/index.php?option=com_chronoforms&task=send&chronoformname=form_name&tmpl=component
Please try setting Relative URL to NO on the form General Tab - click the form name link in the Forms Manager to see it.

"odd" stays for...? 😲
I tried, nothing happens... :-(

Hi aki76,

odd => unusual

The URL has 'form_name' in it instead of the correct form name 'PrenotaTagliando'. There are also several other errors in it :-(
http://www.xmotogenova.it/n3w2013/index.php?option=com_chronoforms&task=send&chronoformname=form_name&tmpl=component
.Is this set in the form settings Submit URL?

The URL should be
http://www.xmotogenova.it/n3w2013/index.php?option=com_chronoforms&chronoformname=PrenotaTagliando&event=submit

thanks

Is this set in the form settings Submit URL?

Bob, you're simply great! It was setted there, 'cause I tried to insert the form into a lightbox but I didn't succeed, and for this I modified the submit URL. But then I put it in a content... forgotting to delete Submit URL field.
Thank you very much!

Hi Aki76,

The form action looks as though it doesn't have an event=submit parameter so it is submitting to the default event=load.
index.php?option=com_chronoforms&task=send&chronoform=PrenotaTagliando&tmpl=component
