How do you add a drop down menu to your form in V4?

What do you mean by a "Drop down" menu exactly ?

Probably should have said "drop down list". Like a list of all the State Names where you can select one.

Just use a "Select box" field, and here is a full countries/states list strings to save your time, was a great help really🙂
