i have reset this form and still when i receive my email, the fields are blank or should i say have the fields duplicated with no information that i put in via the website.

i love this plugin but this one i just can't work out what im doing wrong😟

any help would be appreciated

Hi donnacallahan ,

You have spaces in several of the inptu names; these are technically not allowed in HTML and will break the from. Please replace Your Name with Your_Name. You need to do this for all of the form inputs in the Field Name and Field ID boxes.

If you have used ChronoForms to create a table to save the form data this will not work and probably you are best to delete it and start over.
