Nothing works on the form created

I am using Joomla 1.5.23 and Chronoforms 4.0 RC 2.0

I have created two forms previously and they were all okay. I could drag and drop the fields I need and also go to Action or any of the other tabs in the Drop side (right hand side).

But now when I click on Action or any of the tabs Drop side or try to drag a new field over, nothing happens. I have checked and my mootools upgrade plugin is still enabled.

The only difference I have done is installed a SSL to my site. Is this the cause of the problem?

If you disable SSL, do you get the component working again?
It is possible that something stopped working, as secure pages cannot make ajax reguests (I think).
A good idea will be to check the javascript console, and see if any errors are logged there.

It does not work even without ssl.

The only error log I can see is the following:

[Sun Jan 15 07:44:06 2012] [error] [client 66.249.71.232] File does not exist: /home/viking/public_html/thaigardeninn/robots.txt

This happened only once and not at the time I was trying to make changes to the form. So I do not think this has anything to do with it.

It does sound more as though the wrong MooTools library is loading. Can you check the page source and see which version of MooTools is there (just the link will probably be enough).

I do not see any version on the mootools. This is what I see when I look at the Page Source:

I have not changed anything, so why would the mootools version change? Also, how can I get the right version to be loaded?

Hi Judy,

That should be the right one - the path links to the mtupgrade folder. It's happened before that some other extension to upset things so that another version gets loaded.

By all means email or PM me the site URL and a SuperAdmin login and I'll take a quick look.

Enclosed is the snapshot in the article. The image is not shown. When I click on RokGallery at the bottom, an empty box is shown - capture2.jpg. By right the images in the RokGallery should be shown so that I can choose which image I want.

It's all (ChronoForms and the RokGallery image inserter) working OK from here using FireFox. I suggest that you clear your browser cache, my best guess is that you have a corrupt file cached somewhere. This may be because two versions of MooTools are loading in the admin area - one from RokGallery and one from Joomla! (bad bahaviour by Rok).
