Hi! I have just finished a joomla site and chronoforms is what I was looking for to complete it. But unfortunately when I try to upload the component through "Upload file & install" I get this error message:
ERROR: Could not find an XML setup file in the package.
Installation file not found:
/opt/html/virtual/www.smallplanet.gr/Web/htdocs/media/install_4673bac3ad366/
I then tried to install it manually. I used an ftp program and I uploaded the unziped files into
/opt/html/virtual/www.smallplanet.gr/Web/htdocs/administrator/components/com_installer/component
But I got again another error message
Failed to create directory "/opt/html/virtual/www.smallplanet.gr/Web/htdocs/components/com_chronocontact/upload"
Any solution?

Hi,
I've just downloaded the current ChronoForms v2.0 and installed it into a new Joomla install without any problems at all. I also checked that the installer xml file is in the package.
I also tested the manual install and that works OK as well, the error there looks more like a write permission problem on your server, though it could I guess also be a corrupted file.
Possibly your zip file has been corrupted, I suggest that you try the install with a fresh copy.
