Redirect plugin doesn't work

Hello,
We've bought a subscription for 3 forms for our website and generally happy with a ChronoForms. However I've spent a whole night trying to make Redirect plugin work. The problem is after form submit I see a thankyou page and no redirection happens. What I've done:
1) Selected a form in 'From Management' and choose Redirect on the left;
2) Set the Redirect URL, some URL parameters, After Email, Debugging YES;
3) Pressed save;
Do I need to activate plugin in any way? When I open form setup on Plugins tab I see all plugins with red background -- is that suppose to be?

P.S.: Using CF v3.2

OMG I've just figured out it. I needed to press red cross on the left of red plugin bar in Plugins tab to activate it. That was fun, thanks.
