I wish to migrate a site based upon joomla 1.5 to a new site based upon joomla 1.7 (actually 1.7.1) and Chronoforms 4.0 RC2.0.

I created this form on the new site:

but i'm in trouble with CAPTCHA validation. The module doens'n reload the validation code if user doesn't fill all required fields.

Does anybody got idea about what i'm missing about the configuration of the form?
