I am having issues with uploading components in joomla even if i log in as an administrator. every time i upload a component i get an error that the folder could not be created. all the following folders are writeable

components
administrator/components
administrator/modules
media
images/stories

i also asked my web hosting company and an administrator changed the folder permission to 777 mode. inspite of all this i am still not able to upload any component.

i need to install a chronoforms component for the website. can anyone suggest how i can fix this problem. also is there a manual process to upload a component if so what is the procedure.
