how i add my form in menu

any one tell me please how i can add my form which implemented it with chrono form to top menu or the better how i can set it default page or front page please give me the steps asap

Hi hisham,

You add it to the menu using the menu manager in Joomla admin. A URL link item is what you need I think.

I think that to get it on the front page you'll need to create a content item and use the ChronoForms mambot to put the form inside it.
