is this the right setting? or am I supposed to use /*email*/ for the field names? thanks.

Hi Laurel,
The from email should be a valid email, the replyto email too!

i thought there was a way to reply to the customer when we receive the form email. does this make sense. customer@aol.com fills out a form. then business@business.com receives it in their email. then business@business.com hits "Reply" to the email, and the response goes to customer. is this possible?
then u should make the [from email field/reply to field] in the [special fields] tab contains the field name which will be filled with customer@aol.com, am I clear ?🙂
its tricky but very easy!!
Sincerely.
