Can't insert form into article

nightshade 15 Oct, 2007
I've installed 2.3.4 J1.5 BETA 1.0.zip into my Joomla 1.5.
I've also installed ChronoForms Bot V0.4.zip too.

I have set up a form with Chronoforms and can access it by adding a link menu item and linking to the form link (eg. index.php?option=com_chronocontact&chronoformname=contactus)

But what I can't do is insert the form into an article by writing this in the article "{chronocontact}contactus{/chronocontact}".

Is this what is meant by this limitation of the 1.5 install?:

#2- Mambots won't be working at the form code even if Enable mambots is turned ON.

Hi nightshade,

'Fraid so, at least that's how I read it. I think that Max is working on it.

Hi nightshade, Bob,

We have 3 issues with the 1.5 version :

#1- imageverification wont work, this is a component issue, I have fixed this, will post new version soon.

#2- mambots wont work inside the component page, this is a component issue, working on it.

#3- the chronoforms mambot isn't yet 1.5 compatible, this is what nightshade needs i think, working on it tooπŸ™‚

Cheers

Hi,
Just wondering if you have a rough idea for when you will have #3 fixed? I am loving J1.5 and chronoforms, but to set my site up as I need to do I will need to be able to use the mambot.
Thanks!
Martin
