Database save problem

I am unable to view the information submitted on the simple table that was created.
This is from #5 Saving data to database tutorial for ChronoForms v3.0.

I also didn't have an option to check a create column button.

I included screen shots of what I did and what the results were. Please help.

Hi Rosalind,

The images in your PDF are very difficult to read but it looks as though you have three Records saved. If you click on the Record Number link you can see the details of each record.

the records are there, but when I click on the individual records, the inputted information is blank :?
I can't figure out what step is missing

I don't see anything wrong but the images in your PDF are pretty much illegible and not very helpful. What do you actually see when you click a Record link?

Please post a link to the form so I can take a quick look.
