Date Picker

Any ideas on why the date picker is not working in the form on this page:

Hi Jackie

The ids for the datepickers start with numbers and this isn't allowed in HTML. Names and IDs can contain numbers but they must start with a letter. Please change this and see if that fixes the problem.
