I have not received the code for the subscription

A week ago I bought a subscription of ChronoForms, but still has not come.

I used a GMX account, which I do not get anything, not for confirmation of your forum.

Then I use GMail and everything works fine, but I still do not have my code for the subscription.

Can I have it be forwarded?

For any question about subscriptions or validation of any of the ChronoEngine products please contact Max directly by using the Contact Us form from the link above. I don't know how Max has the product validation set up.

I asked on Monday and through the Contact Us menu, but I have not received a response.

That's all I got. I do not understand why I did not get any mail from my account Chronoengine GMX and if I 2CheckOut confirmation.

Hi Javier,

I've no idea what else you might get. I think that the Order number there is the Sales ID you need to validate your site (I edited your post to disguise it).

Now i put the code in "Validate installation" , 'Validation key' input field.

And say this:

We couldn't validate your key because your hosting server doesn't have neither the CURL library nor the fsockopen functions or they may exist but don't function properly, please contact your host admin to fix them or contact us here Or at this email address : [email]webmaster@chronoengine.com[/email]



Ok, my hosting provider has fixed this problem. Now say this when i try validate:

We couldn't validate your key because of some wrong data used



What I can do now?
