12h timepicker instead of 24h

jrexi 12 Oct, 2011
Hi All,

First off, I just want to say how impressed I am with ChronoForms! I'm putting together my first form for a client and am having a problem with the datepicker and timepicker. Since this is for a doctors office in the US, I'd like to have the timepicker presented in 12h format, i.e. choose 1:00pm instead of 13:00.

How can I accomplish this? Also, this isn's as big a concern as the timepicker, but can I have the date presented as month/day/year instead of year/month/day in the email I receive after submit?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi John,

The MooTools timepicker used by ChronoForms only supports the 24 hour clock for the picker itself. You can format the result (displayed and/or submitted using the AM/PM though).

Similarly you can format the date to use the m/d/y format for display or submission.
