Chronoforms Menu Issue

I'm using Joomla 1.7
Just install Chronoforms and created my 1st form.

When i click on "Frontend view" in the forms manager i see my form all right.
url=http://mogzer.com/index.php?option=com_chronoforms&chronoform=DemandeSoumission

But when i create a menu item and chose chronoforms Display Form as a menu item type, the link i get is : index.php?option=com_chronoforms&view=form

even though i've writen DemandeSoumission in the form name field, when i click on the menu i get no form only the chronoforms Powerd by link.

Any clue???

I get the same result if I put Load in the Event box in the menu dialogue. If I leave the event box empty the menu link works OK.

Sorry to belabour the point. My form displays OK in frontend view but does not display on live site. Show html is in place. Watched the videos in this regard. Still no joy.

Hi EricMollema ,

Please try renaming the form so that the name doesn't start with a number. At some point the form name is used as a PHP variable and variable names need to start with a letter. I'm not certain this is the problem but it may well be.
