Captcha verification stopped working

Hi,

Im running ChronoForms v4 where my 3 forms were working perfectly before but stopped working as it always displays "You have entered a wrong verification code!"

Yeh, your submission came through fine. I just tested it multiple times now and still get "You have entered a wrong verification code!"

It doesnt work in Firefox 6 but it works with Explorer 7. Is there some setting in Firefox I would have to change?

Hi Tim,

I'm using FF6 and just ran a few tests with no problem.

Can you create a very simple test form with no validation and I'll try some other browsers from here.

I had FF6 and just upgraded to 7 and I still get "You have entered a wrong verification code!"

It was working when I had the site setup under http://www.veterinaryproducts.net/directory and I just recently moved it to the main directory http://www.veterinaryproducts.net and it stopped working

Hi Rob,

Please turn off the validation on the test form to make it really simple to submit.

Ran a couple of tests - also in FF7 with no problems.

That's better.

Weird though. Now it fails every time in FireFox and succeeds every time in IE. I think it must somehow get out of sync. In the new version Max is rewriting the image when the form loads and something isn't working correctly. I'll have a dig in the code and ask him to take a look.

Please take a Form Backup using the icon in the Forms Manager and post it here (as a zipped file) or PM or email it to me and I'll send it on to Max to take a closer look.
