Blank Error Message

Hi everyone,

We're getting an error message when we attempt to submit one of our website forms. Unfortunately, the error message simply lists the numbers 1 and 2, and doesn't provide any details about what the error might be. This leads us to think that there are two errors...but we have no idea what they could possibly be. We're confident that our settings and setup is correct, but we can't get any data sent either to the table, or to the specified email. Anyone have any thoughts?

Is this the latest ChronoForms version 3.2?

If so there's a bug in the File upload code. Please see this post.
